Delete your Mandede account and data

Mandede is provided by Christopher Phiri. You can request account deletion here without signing in or reinstalling the app.

1. Email skybox.mw@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Mandede account.
2. Use the subject Delete my Mandede account and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
3. If we need to verify account ownership, follow the instructions in our reply. Never send your password.

Sending this email starts a request; clicking the link does not itself delete your account. If no email app opens, copy the address above into your email service.

What is deleted

Within 30 days of a verified request, we permanently delete your Mandede account, authentication sessions, profile information and associated financial records from active systems. This includes your accounts, balances, transactions, categories, budgets and other financial records associated with your account. You will lose access to the account and these records. Save any records you need before requesting deletion.

Residual backup copies expire within 90 days. If specific information must be retained for a legal obligation or a security or fraud investigation, we explain what is retained and the applicable period in our response, and restrict its use to that purpose.

You can also reach this page in the app under Profile → Delete account and data. Uninstalling Mandede alone does not delete server-stored information. To request deletion of specific information without deleting the entire account, describe that information in your email.
